I'd go with instant noodles because of the greated variety of taste and level of convienience.
Lasagna just takes too much time to make and although it's taste is Heaven, it's pretty much always the same.

Instant noodles though take only like 10 min max to make and their taste varies from bitter-sweet noodles to the fires of Tartaros (I prefare the spicy ones) and much more, even crab :O
