I'd like to get into photography but I wouldn't know where to start?

Any tips? Such as the equipment (Camera, lenses, stands etc.) and ease of use for a beginner .

Get yourself about £500. And just go out and get used to your camera. Then read up on technical terms (Aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focus).
