This movie was made in 1987. It stars Corey Haim, Jason Patric, and Dianne Wiest.

I say this a lot but this is one of my favorite movies it brings up a lot of memories. (:

This film is about a small family that moves to the "murder capital of the world" AKA Santa Carla. There were rumors of vampires in the town snatching people up on the streets. Then one night Michael ,the oldest of the two sons, finds himself in a vampire lair. He then gets turned into a vampire and it's up to his little brother and these bad ass vampire slayers , The Frog Brothers, to stop the vampires.

The thing that I love about this movie is that it's not like that sparkly stupid vampire crap like today.
