I believe there is something like that here too, but at that point I had been held in police custody for 7 hours, and prior to that I had been working with an assignment for about 4 hours and I couldn't possibly see a way out of that situation, and all I wanted to do was get back home so I could get some proper food and drink. Now, however we did talk to a lawyer, and he agreed to take my case. We have currently written about 3 pages of mistakes the police did, both during the raid, and the hearing. I believe we should have a pretty solid case. Police in my area tend to be a bit under-qualified though, and they might try to lie their way out of it. Luckily this lawyer is a good friend of my dad, and he has worked on a lot of similar cases in the past.

Fun fact of the day; I did a little research, and a few years back someone got arrested for having 'pornography' on their computer, and it turned out to be one of the officers at this very station that had sold the computer to him from evidence, and told the person they took it from that they had broken it as a punishment. Just shows you how shitty the police in my town is compared to most places. Fucking sad.
