Some people exaggerate how harmful marijuana can be, others exaggerate how good it is. Don't kid yourself, marijuana doesn't cure cancer, and you don't smoke it because you have cancer. There is no cure for cancer yet and if marijuana was the cure, don't you think they would provide more cancer patients with it?

They do, my Uncle was prescribed it.

Indeed, but it doesn't cure cancer. It may ease the pain or make a patient less nauseous.

It's good for a number of things but know one knows if it actually cures cancer. It probably helps it though because I know THC does kill cancer cells.
