I have some questions:

Legal & Illegal RATs:
Darkcomet 5.4 Legacy (legal) and Darkcomet RAT (illegal);

What is the difference between them?
I don't understand the difference between legal and illegal in general, can you describe better? I understand that legal was published by companies, but illegal by other people. And it's the difference?

Are RATs Illegal?

Some RATs are legal, and some are not. Legal are the one without backdoor left, and they have ability to close connection anytime. Illegal are used for hacking and they can steal data (Credit Cards, Passwords, private data etc.).
