A HQ post is not only something that others learn from. A HQ post is something detailed, original and in good grammar. A HQ user contributes him/herself to the forum. Their knowledge, insight, and personality. You won't consider anyone HQ until they they contribute? Well then I fail to see why you think that there's been no one HQ here in a long time.
