It's banning. A button to be pressed, not hundreds of lines of code that has to be typed in manually every time.
Plus, not sure if you noticed, but Oni spends a few hours here a day. If he wants to ban someone, it'll happen.

And don't spread lies and try to smear them on Care. If you keep that kind of stuff up, you're the one who'll most likely end up banned.
