2.Dont use furmark if you are not tech person you can burn your gpu
3.Did you searched hardware compatibility like "my mother board can run 2500 ghz rams"

1- went to http://www.freedomwallpaper.com/wallpapers.php the images took from 1 to 4 secs to load each time I clicked them to open hd...
2- Didn't know, yet the GPU has full Warranty so if it burns I get a replacement...
3- I didn't... I asked for suggestions on builds on a forum and they made me this build, more than 5 experienced users agreed with this one (except for the PSU, that was my choice but I asked a friend who's also good with builds...)

Test the Hard drive for bad sectors. You can do this with a Check disk scan. Via Command Prompt. Just type "chkdsk (Drive letter)". Then if it doesn't find anything. Check for Registry errors. You can use a program such as CCleaner. (My personal choice), and make sure there's not any bad Registry keys on Windows. Then if you can rule that out. Do a Memory test on the ram. If you can rule all that out. Check to make sure all your Drivers are up to date, and that None of them are corrupted. Corrupted GFX drivers can cause the issue you're describing. If that doesn't work. Get a volt meter and test each individual component to make sure the component is running at max speed and working properly. If None of that works.

I did check the disk, no bad sectors...

Also did run MemTest for 10h last week, no errors displayed
