Event ID 41 errors are primarily caused by:
- shutting down the system by holding the power button down
- overheating
- power supply issues
If I was you, I would check first the thermal paste on the CPU. If you are sure that this is not the problem, try finding another PSU, and connecting it to the pc (if you have some hard-core gaming rig, and don't have another high-watt psu, just take out some of the RAM, and maybe GPU. Then try running it )
Eventually, you can try booting up Linux LiveCD/USB. I have read that the issue is mostly common on windows 7 & 8, but looking at the specifications of your rig, I would believe that installing Linux is rather bad solution (you'e gaming, right?)
