A thank system, so you can thank people. - Nah, we have rep... same shit different smell
More perks for Elite and Super Elite members. - Maybe...
Give ProTech $100. (Yeah, right...) - Give him $1 and tell the taxes were deducted...

About the thanks, its not the same thing at ALL. Rep is to give to people whom you like or dislike, to show who you chill or don't chill with, etc.
