I don't like this idea. None of these awards would be possible to get in a month. 100 HQ threads isn't difficult at all, so you would pretty much be getting 3 free awards. I think maybe 250 HQ threads would be a bit more difficult to get, and it would be the only HQ award. But that is just my 2 cents.

You are contradicting yourself "None of these awards would be possible to get in a month." and "you would pretty much be getting 3 free awards."

If it's just one 250 no one will even try to get it.
