If you think you are infected, these tools wont do squat. Most modern malware is designed to circumvent windows tools, aside from the face these tools are meant to improve performance, not deal with infections. I get the impression this guide is to help speed up your machine, and It will help a bit, but this will do nothing for malware. I suggest you rename this topic, as it is misleading.
