2026 update. Links are still valid and this is a great option if you need a portable version of Photoshop.

For 4K monitor support (if your UI is tiny):

• Open your Photoshop portable folder.
  
• Right-click the "Photoshop.exe" file and select Properties.
  
• Switch to the "Compatibility" tab.
  
• Click the "Change high DPI settings" button at the bottom.
  
• Check the box labeled "Override high DPI scaling behavior".
  
• In the dropdown menu underneath ("Scaling performed by:"), select "System" or "System (Enhanced)".
  
• Click OK, then click Apply on the main properties window.
  
• Relaunch Photoshop.
