Im a huge fan of the fate series, a lot of people always wonder what's the proper watch order so here's my two cents on what I would recommend:

1. Fate/Zero — Fourth Holy Grail War
2. Fate/stay night (2006) — Fifth Holy Grail War
3. Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works — same Fifth War, alternate route
4. Fate/stay night: Heaven’s Feel I–III — same Fifth War, alternate route
5. Fate/hollow ataraxia — sequel/alternate continuation (visual novel; no complete anime)
6. Fate/Apocrypha — alternate timeline
7. Fate/Extra Last Encore — separate timeline
8. Fate/Grand Order — separate timeline/universe
* First Order
* Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia
* Camelot I & II
* Solomon

It's important to mention too that UBW and Heaven’s Feel aren’t sequels to the 2006 anime. They’re different routes of the same Fifth Holy Grail War, so you can’t truly put all three into one linear timeline.
