There is a real irony in how customer service has changed over the past 10 years. As a legitimate customer, I remember Amazon was always happy to give a refund (without return).
A year or two ago they sent me a box of leaky/dented Dr. Pepper and it took a bit of arm-pulling just to get a normal credit. Obviously couldn't return leaking cans.
