I’ve got a soft spot for anything that feels nourishing and energizing. Lately, I’ve been loving green smoothies—especially ones with a scoop of barley grass powder. I remember the first time I tried it; I was looking for something to boost my energy and support my overall health. I mixed it into a smoothie with spinach, banana, and almond milk, and it was surprisingly delicious! It’s become a go-to snack, and I feel so much better after drinking it.
