I had a similar issue running a 3070 laptop at the time. All of it depends on what you plan to use the PC for, if you plan to do some light gaming on a FHD display, a 4060 is fine in my eyes, although having a 4070, which is double the price, will help you future proof your pc for an extra 3-5 years. let me know what you plan using your pc for, then a solid recommendation is possible.
