I just really don't see the benefit of having this crazy fast NVMEs when data access times are not a bottleneck outside of enterprise solutions. What is the point of making them ever faster. Wouldn't increasing the life-time of each block or making the physical peripheral smaller be more beneficial in this point in time?
What do you guys think?
