Another argument could be made that they are defrauding shareholders by not properly vetting who they pay royalties... A "maximum 20 years in prison" is a bit much for what is essentially uploading and collecting checks for AI music. There's actual thieves and rapists with shorter sentences/parole, so it shouldn't even be in the same ballpark.
