I did this at the end of last year. Steam account had around 1500 dollars worth of purchases. Simply did a DNA and they did an investigation. Got my refund in 2 weeks.

What did the investigation entail? Did they ask you to contact courier service or make a PR?
Also did you get cheapest or most expensive model?

They investigated it on their end. I don’t know as they didn’t specify what they are investigating. They didn’t ask for any police report or anything like that. I got the 512gb model new oled version.
