If you know what you are doing, you don't need an Anti Virus. They are just a waste of money and resources.
Just use brain.exe and probably a browser Add-On like NoScript and you are good to go.
But in case you are inexperienced and feel the need to open each and every .exe file, then most (paid) Anti Viruses will do their job.
In my early days I used Kaspersky and F-Secure. Both did their job. I don't know how they are performing now, since I haven't used them in like a decade, but they are still in my memory.
