NOTE: This method will be based on how I got a turkish vcc.
Everything I used will be linked. Feel free to use whatever you want.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

1. A phone / emulator
2. Turkish phone number

TUTORIAL

NOTE: You don't need to use a VPN.

Step 1:
Download the app Fups on your device.

Optional step, but recommended for easy use:
After opening Fups press the 3 dots and change the language to english.

Step 2:
Register an account with the turkish ID and phone number you have.

Final step 3:

Go to cards and create a virtual card. (You can make up to 3 virtual cards)

Optional final step: For some reason my 3 virtual blue cards that I created dissapeared after some use. So I bought a black FUPS credit card on plati.market to add to my Fups account. With the black card it doesn't matter how much you use it. I don't know the exact product link I used anymore, but if you search Fups card on Platimarket you should find something. Read the descriptions carefully.
