I grew through my childhood in a house and whole family had houses so I was very intrigued growing up about apartments. I thought they were so cool and fun to be close to your neighbors. Fast forward 30 years and I’m saving like hell to buy a house and get out these apartments I keep having to move in. I know they are more expensive & in an apartment your landlord covers the maintenance but the price difference is def worth your piece of mind.
