If the Russian people ever turns against Putin, it won't be from a purely ideological reason (Putin is too racist/not racist enough), but for a more realistic reason, one that affects the people's daily lives.
They will turn against him once too many people conscripted/not enough food because when you're living under a dictatorship, at least you get to "live freely" (as in have a family, talk with friends). Russian revolution 1917 was not because people decided absolutism is bad for political freedom, but because they failed to get food and have their relatives die in WW1. Today, people may not like Putin on the international stage or not allowing real democracy, but as long as the war remains a "special operation" not ruining their lives, I doubt Putin will be overthrown. IDK what Prigozhin was doing but it wasn't enough.
