The utility is cool, but if you want I could help you with some manual configuration through gui, generally you want to open GPO.MSC on the DC and from there open a wizard to create a GPO from it, should be straight forward the next problem will be placement of your powershell script would recommend placing it in the SYSVOL on the DC and than all you will have to do is run a schtask from the DC on clients with a single Powershell -c command
