Ive just received a pair of nike SBs from amazon. My account has an alright history with a few refunds. I live out in the country so DNA is kinda not an option. There is also a picture from the delivery driver of the package on our porch, house address is not shown though. How would you go about refunding these?

DNA is always an option. Only time it would've be an option is if they took a picture of YOU holding the package
