It's a very powerful tool, you will not be disappointed.

I second this recommendation, Winreducer and similar tools are a great way to take a vanilla copy of windows and pare it down to whatever you need. It's hard to suggest anything beyond that for "work" unless you list some specific tasks or features you need, though.
