I take Palestine's side for several reasons. Firstly, Hamas only formed after the constant attacks from Israel. Hamas only formed because of Israel. Now Israel is using Hamas as a reason to kill people of all ages in Palestine. Whether or not Hamas did terrible things does not allow for a genocide of innocent people that may have not had anything to do with it. If there's a suspected terrorist in a school building with students in the USA, you wouldn't bomb the entire school to kill the 1 terrorist?? I think its a moral issue and people need to realize this.

Very well said. My take on it, is that Israel is using the Hamas attack to do what they always wanted to do...to drive out and wipe out the Palestinians, who the Israeli state see's as beneath them. Everyone has the right to defend themselves, but the utter disproportionate response by the Israeli state makes them no better than Hamas.
