New Cryptos Supported

Recent surges in BTC fees have led to more requests to use other cryptocurrencies for upgrades and ads. While we've always supported other cryptos, I've gone ahead and added Litecoin and Ethereum as options to the upgrades page. Some other cryptos are still accepted on request.
