I have got asus f15 2018 laptop which weighs the same as the new one. I am curious to know if i can order the new one and send the old one claiming I received wrong and old model. My laptop looks new AF.  I have got a good amazon account but its been used by friends as well. No refunds so far. Guide me people’

From my experience, doomed to fail, unless being lucky af.
They found out about some <300$ item swaps I attempted.
(which were just about getting a brand new product from an old one, the exact same item, with every seal, tags, manuals returned...).

They won't fall for it.

If your account is strong, ironically you are better off claiming DNA.
You get a brand new laptop + You get to keep the old one.
