A few hours ago a video from "STRG_F" appeared, which mainly do documentaries about illegal things. The video is about the refunding scene. I hope there are already subtitles in English, otherwise there is an AI that can translate the videos, which I will look out for.

I just watched the documentary film and I'm really not sure what to make of it.
To me, the documentary rather gives the impression of promoting refunds than acting as a deterrent, even though they involve the police investiagtions towards the end.
I mean, in the video, they simply provided instructions for DNA, WIR, LIT, and FTID, even including uncensored URLs where you can get the ink for the printer or shipping labels.
As a result, the topic has only garnered more attention, and I assume that out of the over 1 million people who've seen the video, some will start engaging with it now.
I find it amusing how the reporter tries to guilt-trip the man, even though he couldn't care less.
Furthermore, I considor the idea of the reporter to stop offering free returns to reduce the volume of shipments a bit misguided. I think that would only harm the people who genuinely want to exchange their items.
But we know our FUNK reporters for those kinds of solutions.
