Nintendo FTID help 08-10-2023, 01:38 PM

Hi guys and gals, I’m wondering if anyone could help me. I’m currently in the process of FTID’ing Nintendo for 3 nintendo switch’s and they’re aware it’s LIT, but it’s been nearly 2 months since ‘returning’ and they just keep fobbing me off saying “you’re case is being investigated” or something along those lines, I cannot get any sort of informative response or timeframe for when the investigation will be concluded. I have tried to phone them also with the same response.
I have a not so real receipt for the return of the switches as they needed proof of it. My questions is, if I do a b@n k chargeback and send them this receipt as proof, how fucked will I be if they realise the receipt is edited? It’s a very good job done by someone proper. Can the b@n k do a deeper investigation and possibly get cctv footage of me at the post office posting an empty envelope at the time and date on the receipt? Or any other ways of busting me?
I’m sorry to sound like an absolute noob, I’m very new to this, any help is much appreciated!
