RE: C/C++ #17
Let me clear this, guys. There is no "best" and "worst" programming languages. The question is that, which is the most effective for your purposes. You may wonder, but it is even possible to write hacks for C++ games in brainfuck language that isn't a high level. In fact, I don't care what language do you use, I care only with the result. Normally, if you don't work as a programmer, just spend time on some hobby-project VB is a good choice, because it's easy to learn and you may able to write stable and fast programs using VB. Find out an idea and if you feel, your program wouldn't be stable and/or fast enough in VB, make it using an other language. C based languages are harder to learn than VB, but if you understand it (well), then most likely C/C++ will satisfy your wish, because in C++ you can code any programs and that will be stable and fast enough. Depends on your programming skill, tho.
