That's really stupid and will probably fuck you up.
I overlooked this as I thought it was comical lol.
But truly, training 3 times a day 7 days a week will destroy that muscle group (Abdominals) completely and you will be hurting from it. Eat lean foods, no fatty foods as that area will only show definition and muscle if there is no fat or minimal amounts. :curly:
It was probably meant as a joke, but I just pointed it out in case someone actually wanted to try it.
