Today I have created an Elite usergroup. This group is for elite users who have shown dedication to the site, have a large amount of high quality posts, or receive special recognition from staff.
Think of it as an exclusive group for some of the best users on the site. In this group, not only do you receive recognition for your past deeds, but a section to converse with other members of the group.

Spoiler: Requirements

How Elite can be earned:

• Achieving the post count listed below.
  
• Donating the amount of money listed below.
  
• Referring the amount of users listed below.
  
• Receiving special recognition from staff.
  

You only need to accomplish one of these.


There is a set value for the amount of posts you must make, or money you must donate.
Each time someone manages to receive Elite, these values are raised so that becoming an Elite user isn't easy.

When someone gets in, we will raise the amount of required posts by 25, amount of money by $1.00, and the amount of referred users by 1.
The maximum amount of posts that we will require is 550, we won't make you donate more than $25.00, and the maximum amount of people you will have to refer is 25.

If you're smart, and you did the math - then you'd know that only the first 20 Elite users will have lower requirements than the rest!

It is easy to make random posts, donate stolen money, or invite a bunch of accounts from your own IP. We don't want that, and if you're doing that you don't deserve a spot with the Elite.
Below we have outlined a few requirements for each of the methods to gaining Elite. We ask that you be honest, and follow these requirements or you won't receive Elite status.

Posting

• Your posts must be high quality, have decent grammar, and have a purpose.
  
• Posts from Random Discussion do not count towards your total, sorry.
  
• Your content must be original and if you use articles you must post the source.
  

Donating

• We only accept Paypal and Liberty Reserve.
  
• You must provide payment information prior to receiving Elite.
  
• We have the right to deny you Elite (you will be notified prior to donating).
  

Referring

• The accounts must be from a different IP address, and can't be you.
  
• They must each have a total of 5 posts, and put your name in the referral field when registering.
  
• You must provide us with a list of the users you referred as well.
  

Recognition

• You may not ask for Elite, you won't get it unless you have earned it.
  
• You may not have others ask, or recommend you for Elite.
  
• You may not ask to have it given to someone else, it goes to you.
  

Current Requirements:
250 Posts, a donation of $13.00 USD, or 13 referrals. (You may now purchase Elite from the shop!)

If you have earned Elite, or would like to donate for it, copy one of the forms below and send it to an administrator filled out. You will receive a reply, and be added to the group if the staff feel you have met the requirements.
