.. in Germany we have more cold months than warm months and i try to enjoy every single day in summer cause the rest of the year its cold outside... sometimes we have about +40°C in Summer and thats way to hot because of high humidity and it feels much hotter than its really is.
If i go to Italy or Spain for Vaccation, i can enjoy +40°C too

Yes you're right, the effect of the heat depends on which part of the globe you're staying.

Unfortunately In my country, It's terrible to say the least.
