You honestly sound jealous and paranoid. A lot of that could be totally unrelated. I get a ton of fake accounts online and coworkers will creep in you no matter what.

Just ask her if she wants an open relationship and let her know you feel jealous about the guy and just want to clear it up. Tell her it's ok if she does but you just want to know and stay honest with each other.
