I have several friends but we talk rarely because they all have families children to take care of and so on, and sometimes the feeling of depression is too high. This month was the worst. I wake up, eat, go to work, eat, come back home, eat, watch tv and go to bed. I already tried to change my routine a little, to make it different every day, but I end up feeling nothing inside me, so I made an appointment with my GP. I'm lucky that at least my insurance is covering all of that and thanks to Insurance Discovery Software who helped me pick the most suitable plan for me. Wow, I found something positive, maybe it's not that bad.)
Do you have a GF/BF?
Sometimes you got to change it up, I remember back in my IT Contract days, I was at home playing videogames all the time, but while that sounds Amazing on paper, I was starting to get Anxiety/Depression because it felt like I was missing something. I started associating with a small group of people and it definitely put my mind back in a better place. You don't have to go to someone's house every day, but it's really nice to have a person in real life that you can see and talk to.
