I'm using Tor Browser.

I know that, which Is why I've suggested editing the Torrc config file.

How about  9001, 9030, 9040, 9050, 9051, and 9150 ports? Must these ports open on the firewall too?

Try It, otherwise uninstall and reinstall Tor, and It should connect through Its default configuration file.

Have you done something with the entry nodes? Or are you running a Tor over VPN connection?
