Port 80 and 443 are open, but Tor couldn't connect!

Why was the original configuration file renamed?

When Tor Is Installed, It remains as Is.

I'm using Tor Browser.

How about 9001, 9030, 9040, 9050, 9051, and 9150 ports? Must these ports open on the firewall too?
