If the information doesn't require "authorization", it is 100% halal.
That is what makes it somewhat cloudy and not clear. Otherwise, it is a type of stealing especially when used in dropshipping. I mean for really copying someones work in seconds. I remember making a scraper for a client and We scrapped 2 million pages. This what made me think of it as Haram.
