I'm recommend starting with HTML and Java. They'll teach you the basics. There's the big book of Java which is quite useful.

Java is good, in order to learn some of the basics but it is also not simple to just start coding. You need classes, main function, entire IDE, installing JRE and JDK and only installing LTS. Unlike python or nodejs where you just work with packages instead and can start coding by just typing python in the terminal.
