This may not have anything to do with the method you are referring to, but I  know for a fact that  one of the ONLY reports these companies often take serious and act upon is cheese pizza.
This is ofc only possible if the page you want banned has lewd content on it.
But these claims are always taken very seriously and will likely end up banning the accounts without IG actually looking into it.

Was looking through some followers of a relevant page and saw some suspect accounts.
Reported both and IG didn't ban the accounts.
Maybe they ignored the reports as the complaints came from a single account.
