About 12 years ago Kim Dotcom got arrested and the original Mega was shut down, so there's always a chance that could happen to any site/content. Our hosts do not acknowledge DMCA/GDPR and sites like Google are subject to different laws and regulations. That said, I encourage people to follow the TOS of other sites, but it's of no consequence to the forum if they choose not to.

It's not my aim to ever tell people what hosts they can or can't use, unless they're ridden with ads or malware.
