In such circumstances, they should be honest and upfront, as opposed to making false promises. I've worked In warehousing, logistics and Inventory management for decades and It's not too difficult to forecast an ETA +/- a few days.

I have not received a single item on time. One order I placed on November 21st... I am still waiting for. 3.5 weeks is a little silly. The item cost all of 80 cents, so it's not even worth asking for a refund.

My goodness, that's ridiculous.

I could've rowed to Japan and back a lot quicker.
