Sounds kinda awful. Not because of the fetish, this sounds close to a BDSM fantasy thing. But because you want to exploit these people. It's not a healthy road to walk down.

I'd recommend therapy. Not as an insult, but just to get some help understanding these desires. I know you say these are just thoughts, but thoughts precede actions and adjusting thoughts will help guide to better actions.

In the meanwhile, as long as you're treating people with respect and everything is done with consent, I don't see a problem.
