It functions no different to that of Windows XP.

The Win11 menu is a bit weird. I cannot fathom why, when I click the windows start button, then select the search function, it has to flick over to the search function window. Why is that not all integrated into one thing?!

I absolutely agree.

I realize It eventually all comes down to familiarization, but It's purely common sense to Integrate both functionalities Into one. Who knows what they were thinking at the time of development.
