Sometimes it's not only insomnia, there are many reasons tho. anxiety is another one. In summary, it's all down to our mental health. The only good thing is that most of us have one thing or another that helps in a situation like this. You see, like mine, it’s CBD gummies (you might have heard of them). Everyone should have a go-to cure, whether it’s only temporary. Some people try to value mental health over physical health, but whatever the situation, both are extremely important.
