If I was the father, I would bail him out and then stab the kid to death.
A rapist is a rapist, no matter what gender or sexual orientation. The kid should of been going into a gender neutral bathroom, not a girls bathroom if he wanted to identify as a female.
We all know what is gonna happen to that kid in Juvy or Prison, may God curse him with clumsy hands in the showers.
